HuoShan HuangYa (lit. Huo Mountain Yellow Sprout) is a rare yellow tea grown in the HuoShan county of the Anhui Province China. The early morning picked tea leaves and bud are uniquely processed using a stir fire method. The Chinese say the long loose tea leaves have the appearance of bird tongues. The clear liquor is a green yellow colour with a fine sweet note and chestnut flavour.
