Natural TuoCha

Pu-Erh Natural TuoCha (Natural Mini Balls) occurs naturally during the post fermentation process. In the making of Tuo Cha tea leaves are heaped into a pile to facilitate fermentation where they are periodically turned and tossed either by hand or with a large fork. During this process some of the most tender leaf shoots which naturally contain a higher percentage of pectin stick together, forming these small nuggets. Because the nuggets are made up of the youngest, less bitter leaves, Natural TuoCha has a smoother, sweeter, softer taste. It has a transparent, rosewood colored infusion. Grown in Yunnan province.
